We help clients prepare for the practical and documentary requirements of opening a bank account abroad. The service connects the intended use of the account with the applicant’s personal or corporate circumstances.
Foreign bank accounts: personal and corporate requirements
We start with the purpose of the account, the countries involved, the expected activity and the ownership structure. This helps frame the information to discuss with prospective banks and identify points requiring further clarification.
Documentation and application support
Dr. Gustavo Scriffignano coordinates the collection and organisation of information, including identity and corporate documents, beneficial ownership information and supporting records relating to the business and funds. Where legal questions arise, the work is coordinated with Avv. Daniele Bertaggia.
Support through the bank’s assessment
We assist with the application process and requests for additional information. The bank independently determines whether it can offer an account, its conditions and its processing timetable. Account opening is subject to the bank’s assessment and is not guaranteed.
The service concerns application assistance and legal coordination. The firm is not a bank and does not take deposits.
